Is there a limitation in the number of registered customer numbers?

Yes, there is. A single user can only register up to 5 (five) customer numbers.

How many ITNs can I register?

A single user can register and pay the invoices of up to 5 customer numbers, without limitation of the number of ITNs to those numbers.

What cards can I use for payment?

You can use any card registered in the Borica system, which has a three-digit CVV2 code. If you have any questions regarding your card, please contact the card issuer.

When will the payment through EVN O+ be registered?

The information regarding the transaction is registered immediately. The payment itself is registered after the amount is received in the EVN Bulgaria's bank account, normally within 3-5 days.

I have paid through the EVN O+ system, but when I checked the ITN again, the system displayed the message "The payment is being processed". What does that mean?

This means that the customer has successfully ordered the transaction for the respective invoice through the EVN О+ system, which is reflected in EVN Bulgaria's database. The payment, however, is processed until the ultimate reception of the amount from customer's bank account, which may occur within several days, depending on the bank.

I have registered and I pay through the EVN О+ system. Will I be able to pay in a different way in the future?

Yes, that will be possible.

Can I use EVN O+ to pay for the reconnection of my power supply that was disconnected for non-payment?

Yes, this is possible. If you want to have your power supply restored immediately, please call +359 700 1 7777 to request that. If you want to have an express reconnection service, which comes with a fee, please make a call before 14:00. Further details follwoing this link.

In case of payment of overdue payments, when will the interests be visible, and can I pay them using EVN О+?

In case of payment through EVN O+, the interests will be visible in the next payment period. Before you order a payment for such interests, you will not be allowed to pay any new invoices.

Can I pay twice for the same invoice in the EVN О+ system?

If the transaction has been successfully ordered, the next time you check the invoice in EVN О+, the button for card payment will be replaced by a notice, informing you that the payment is being processed. This means that you cannot pay twice for the same invoice through the system.

If there is more than one invoice, can I only pay one of them? Can I pay part of the invoice through EVN О+?

You can pay any invoice, but partial payments are not possible.

In case of insufficient balance in my account, will I receive a message for unsuccessful payment?

Yes, you will. The Borica system (used to effect the payments in EVN O+) will notify you that the transaction was unsuccessful. When you re-check the invoice in EVN О+, the button for card payment will be active once again.

Can I pay twice for the same invoice in the EVN О+ system?

If the transaction has been successfully ordered, the next time you check the invoice in EVN О+, the button for card payment will be replaced by a notice, informing you that the payment is being processed. This means that you cannot pay twice for the same invoice through the system.

I have registered in the EVN О+ system with a wrong email address. What should I do?

You can get support from our Call Centre by calling +359 700 1 7777 or via email to [email protected]. You will have to specify the username and the correct email address you want to use for the registration.

If I have registered several ITNs and the holder of one of the ITNs has changed, will this be reflected automatically in EVN О+?

In EVN О+ you can register customer numbers, not ITNs. If the customer acquires or sells a property or facility, the holder is to be changed. When the change of the batch for the respective ITN is reflected in our customer database, this ITN will no longer be visible in the profile of the previous customer. If the new customer has a registration, the ITN will be displayed in their profile.

If the holder of the entire batch is changed, does that automatically cancel the registration in EVN О+?

If the holder of the entire batch is changed, the new owner will receive a customer number, which they need to register. The profile of the previous owner will remain empty.

In case of registration of more customer numbers, one of which has another holder, and he wants to make a registration for himself, how can this happen?

Only the user - owner of the profile can delete/add new customer numbers. If he is not willing to do that, the respective customer must prove that he is the holder. Then it is possible to release that customer number from the registration.
